After collecting your luggage and passing through customs or passport control, you will exit into the public Arrivals hall on the ground floor of the terminal.

Your driver stands in the Arrivals hall holding a printed or digital sign with your name. Drivers wait directly outside the exit doors from the baggage claim area.
Walk to the vehicle
The driver will guide you to the vehicle, which is parked in the short-stay car park directly in front of the terminal. The walk is 2–3 minutes at most.
