Can I book both the outbound and return transfer at the same time?
Yes. Both directions can be confirmed in a single enquiry. Please provide your arrival and return dates, the spa or hotel address, and any preferred pickup times.
Are child seats available for spa resort transfers?
Child seats can be requested. Please provide each child's age and approximate weight at the time of booking so the appropriate seat can be arranged.
What vehicles are available for spa transfers?
A private car is suitable for individuals and small groups of up to four passengers. A van is available for larger groups or passengers with significant luggage. Vehicle type is confirmed based on group size, luggage requirements and child seat needs.
What details should I provide when making a booking?
Please provide the pickup location (airport terminal, hotel name or full address), your spa or hotel destination, travel date, approximate departure time, number of passengers, and whether child seats or oversized luggage are required. For return journeys, include the return date and preferred pickup time from the resort.
What happens if my incoming flight is delayed?
Please provide your flight number when booking. If your flight is delayed, please contact us so we can review the pickup arrangements.
Can you pick me up from a hotel or address in Ljubljana rather than the airport?
Yes. We collect passengers from hotel entrances, apartments and private addresses in Ljubljana, Bled and other locations, not only from Ljubljana Airport. The pickup address is confirmed when booking.
Can the driver collect me from inside the spa resort or hotel?
Yes. We collect passengers from the hotel entrance or a confirmed meeting point within the resort. The exact pickup location is agreed when booking.
How do I get a price for my spa transfer?

Can larger groups travel to a thermal spa together?
Yes. A van or minivan can be arranged for groups. For large groups or events requiring multiple vehicles, please contact us with full group details so the most suitable arrangement can be confirmed.
Is luggage assistance included?
The driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage at the start and end of the journey. Oversized or sports equipment such as bikes or pushchairs should be declared in advance.
