What kind of bikes can you transport?+
We transport road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes and e-bikes, packed in a bike box, by minivan. Let us know your bike type and the size of your bike box when booking so we can arrange a van with enough space.
Do you only do airport bike transfers, or also long-distance transfers?+
Both. We arrange airport bike transfers to and from Ljubljana Airport, as well as long-distance bicycle transfers between towns such as Bled, Bohinj, Kranjska Gora, Bovec, Tolmin and the wider Soča Valley. Bike transfers are offered for routes over 40 km — we do not carry bikes for short trips within a single town.
Can you take us and our bikes across the border to Italy, Austria or Croatia?+
Yes. We arrange bicycle transfers to and from Trieste Airport, Venice Marco Polo Airport, Klagenfurt Airport and Zagreb Airport, as well as cross-border transfers for cyclists heading into Friuli, Carinthia or Istria.
Do you transport bikes in a standard car?+
No. Bikes are transported by minivan only, packed in a bike box, so there is enough room for the bike and your other luggage without damage. This is a van bike transfer — a taxi for your bike with van — available for an additional charge on top of the standard transfer price.
How many bikes can fit in one vehicle?+
Our minivans can take several bikes packed in bike boxes, plus regular luggage. Let us know the number and size of your bike boxes when booking so we can confirm the van has enough space and plan the right vehicle for your group and equipment.
Do you offer transfers for e-bikes?+
Yes, e-bike transfers are no problem. Let us know if your e-bike has a removable battery and its approximate weight, so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly.
Can I book a one-way bike transfer, for example from Bovec back to Ljubljana Airport?+
Yes, one-way transfers in either direction are available — from the airport to your cycling destination, or from any town back to Ljubljana Airport or Ljubljana itself at the end of your trip.
